Delivery and returns information

2. We offer free returns on all orders.

3. You have thirty days from receiving your goods to request a refund.

4. To request a refund, complete the returns form below.

5. After submitting the returns request, you will have fourteen days to return the goods.

6. Use the free FedEx returns label included with your order and attach it to your packaging.

7. To book a collection with FedEx, go to www.fedex.com/pudo/en-gb.

8. Once we have received your returned goods, we will send a refund to the original payment method used. We aim to refund you within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods.
