Customer orders
When you order with us, we need your name and address to ensure you receive your goods. We will use your email address to send you information about your order, such as order confirmations, shipping information, and invoices. If we need to contact you regarding an issue with your order, and you are unavailable via email, we may contact you by telephone. When purchasing from us, you will be asked to provide card details via the payment gateway Stripe. Your IP address will be included in the order details inside our admin dashboard to help prevent fraud.
We use the information you provide when ordering with us to comply with our legal obligations, such as calculating taxes and accounting records.
Contact form
If you use our contact form to ask us any questions about our company, our products, or an order you have made, you will provide an email address, first name, and last name so we can communicate.
Returns
Your order number, email address, first name, and last name are necessary so we can verify you are the person who made the purchase order and send you the returns information.
Store account
If you create an account on our website, we will store your username, name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. It will be used to populate the checkout for future orders. We may also use your email address to send information if there are any issues with your account. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email to help verify that the request is legitimate and not coming from an unauthorized source.
4. Personal information we share with others
WooPayments, powered by Stripe
We process payments through WooPayments, powered by Stripe. Some of your data, such as identification and payment information, will be passed to these third-party vendors.
If you create an account on our website and save your card information for faster checkout on your next purchase, your card number and other details will be stored securely on WooPayment’s server. WooPayments utilizes a token and API-based method for this purpose. Your card number and CVC code are not stored directly on our website.

FedEx
We ship our parcels with FedEx. When you order with us, we share your name and delivery address with FedEx. We may also share your email address and telephone number so you can receive tracking information regarding your order. FedEx might also contact you if there is an issue locating your delivery address or if nobody is available to collect the delivery of your parcel.

6. How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. We keep names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, and purchase order details for six years as we are legally required for tax obligations. This data is stored on our accounting software, password-protected and secured with a two-step authentication process. Your order details are also stored in the admin area of our website, which is password-protected and secured with a two-step authentication process. Once the six years are over, we will dispose of your information by deleting all our files and any backups containing your data.
Contact information received from our email contact form will be deleted after ninety days unless we have ongoing conversations with you.
